I’ve found the sneakers I want but can’t select my size
We are very sorry that currently we cannot afford to take too many sizes as we only ordered the most demanded size only to be keep as ready stock. However you still can pre-order it with us.

Has my order been sent yet ?
When customers make the payment and notify us before 12 p.m. on working days, we will make the postage on the same day using POSLAJU carrier. However for the payment made AFTER the period, the postage will be made on the next working days.

Can you give me more information about the sneakers?
All the sneakers were copy original. With grade AAA, it looks like nearly the same as original one.

Can I track my order ?
Absolutely yes, you can easily track and trace your item at POSLAJU website by using the given tracking number sent to your whatsapp account.

Part of my order is missing
If above matters happened, quickly reach us and informed about the problem. We will investigate what had caused the problem and provide any refund or replace with the new product if necessary.
